End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: February 24, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "Licensee") and ROMAN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC ("Licensor").
1. LICENSE GRANT
ROMAN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software. This license is for your internal business or personal use only. You acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Platform Protection: Use the Software to scan, scrape, monitor, or perform any automated action against the web properties of Gumroad, Inc. or Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
- Abuse: Use the Software to perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or intentionally overwhelm third-party servers.
- Circumvent: Bypass any license key validation or security features.
- Resell: Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software to any third party.
3. MERCHANT OF RECORD AND REFUNDS
Licensee acknowledges that the Software is distributed through third-party Merchants of Record ("MOR"), including but not limited to Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad.
- Transaction Terms: All financial transactions are governed by the terms of the respective MOR.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. Any refund requests are subject to the "Sole Discretion" of the MOR. Licensor is not responsible for refund decisions made by the MOR.
4. THIRD-PARTY TERMS AND INDEMNIFICATION
The Software is a tool for automation. While the app is automated, its core purpose is to identify a publicly broadcast signal (the RSS feed). Many websites have specific Terms of Service regarding automated scanning.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with the terms of any website you scan. Roman Digital Solutions LLC does not endorse or facilitate the unauthorized extraction of data, proprietary or otherwise prohibited.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROMAN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your violation of third-party Terms of Service or local laws.
5. NO WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS ("AS IS")
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
- No Guarantee of Results: Licensor makes no guarantee regarding the quantity, quality, or accuracy of RSS feeds found. Results are dependent on third-party website architecture and availability.
- Disclaimers: ROMAN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROMAN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
